Refunds and Chargebacks

Requests for refunds should be made to the organization conducting the competition. These refunds can take up to 7 days, and are given solely at the discretion of the organization conducting the competition.

Chargebacks (requesting a charge be removed through your bank) will be handled on a case by case basis. As this practice should not be employed for any other reason than fraud, the account, and individual, from which the chargeback has been issued could be banned indefinitely from all current and future competitions on SmarterEntry at the discretion of the organization the chargeback was issued against. This ban would be universal across all clients of Smarter Entry. If an amicable resolution between the organization and the individual filing the chargeback is reached, the account can be reinstated.
